that they should however, be engaged at an initial salary
of £330 per annum and that, if practicable, they should
receive annual increments of £10 during the period of

of the 10th of March, 1933, respecting the engagement of
Mr.R.P.Morris, Wireless Technician, Public Works Department,
Hong Kong.
